What's covered
- Dead-on-arrival units — replacement within 7 days of delivery
- Hardware defects that arise under normal use
- Verified manufacturing faults confirmed by the brand
What's not covered
- Physical damage, liquid contact, or improper installation
- Overclocking, overvolting, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear on consumable parts (thermal paste, fans)
How to file a claim
- 1. Email us with your order number and a description of the issue.
- 2. Attach photos or a short video of the defect.
- 3. We will reply within one business day with next steps.
- 4. Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or credited.
